Патофизиологические и клинические аспекты ишемического инсульта при COVID-19 (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Возникновение инсульта у пациентов с инфекцией COVID-19 встречается относительно редко, но является важным прогностическим маркером и показателем тяжести. Этот краткий обзор предполагает, что ишемический инсульт может возникнуть на ранней стадии заболевания, а также может поражать пациентов в более молодых возрастных группах без сопутствующих заболеваний, вызывая окклюзию крупных сосудов и проявляя тромбовоспалительную нейровизуализационную картину сосудов. Механизмы, лежащие в основе развития инсульта у пациентов с COVID-19, могут быть связаны как с обычными факторами повышенного риска инсульта, традиционно имеющими место у пациентов без COVID-19, так и с развитием коагулопатии, индуцированной инфекцией на фоне системной воспалительной реакции, характерной для коронавирусной инфекции.
