Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the effect of mildronate on the course of myocardial necrosis during the adaptation of experimental animals to high altitude conditions and readaptation to low altitude conditions on the 30th day. We found that after treatment with mildronate during 10 days, the content of creatine phosphokinase - MB (CPK-MB), troponin T (TrT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the cardiac form of the protein binding fatty acids (PBFA) in the blood serum of animals with simulated cardionecrosis on the 30th day of adaptation and readaptation were significantly reduced.
