Аннотация

Большая часть нейроэндокринных опухолей поджелудочной железы является нефункционирующими, то есть не секретирует в кровь различные гормоны и полипептиды и вследствие этого не сопровождаются характерными клиническими проявлениями. К сожалению, нередко диагностический поиск начинается при появлении клини- ческих проявлений со стороны органов, пораженных метастазами нейроэндокринных опухолей. В настоящее время единственным радикальным методом лечения функционирующих гормональных опухолей поджелудочной железы является хирургический. Симптоматическая терапия может рассматриваться лишь как этап предоперационной подготовки больного. В статье анализируется рациональное и комплексное использование современного арсенала хирургических и терапевтических методов, которые дают возможность значительно продлить жизнь, улучшить ее качество у больных с метастатическими формами нейроэндокринных опухолей поджелудочной железы.
