О роли дефицита витамина D в развитии коморбидных состояний связанных с возрастом

Аннотация

Широкий спектр заболеваний, связанных с низким уровнем витамина D, подтверждается растущим объемом исследований в этой области. В настоящее время доступны данные об эндокринной, аутокринной и паракринной активности витамина D, а также об основных детерминантах снижения уровня витамина D у людей. Дефицит витамина D приводит ккоморбидности, нарушению функционирования организма человека, что имеет свои особенности в зависимости от возраста.
