Проблемы ранней диагностики акральной лентигинозной меланомы у лиц азиатского происхождения, возможные пути их решения

Аннотация

Показатели заболеваемости раком кожи неуклонно растут во всем мире, причем более 90 % случаев смерти связаны с меланомой. Выживаемость при меланоме во многом зависит от толщины опухоли. Поэтому раннее выявление является наиболее важным шагом для улучшения прогноза. Акральная меланома представляет собой отдельный подтип меланомы на коже ладоней, подошв и ногтевом ложе. Это наиболее распространенный подтип меланомы у лиц азиатского происхождения. У пациентов акральную лентигинозную меланому обычно диагностируют на поздних стадиях заболевания с высокой вероятностью метастазирования. Имеются данные о повышенной смертности при акральных меланомах по сравнению с другими подтипами меланом. Несмотря на прогресс в понимании ключевых особенностей этого заболевания, диагностика акральной меланомы на ранней стадии все еще остается сложной задачей. На ранних стадиях заболевания, особенно у лиц азиатского происхож- дения возникает необходимость интеграции клинических, дерматоскопических, гистологических и молекулярных данных для успешной и своевременной диагностики акральной лентигинозной меланомы. Межпрофессиональное взаимодействие способствует раннему выявлению и своевременному лечению пациентов с акральной лентиги- нозной меланомой, что положительно отражается на уровне выживаемости.
