Аннотация

Проведение сердечно-легочной реанимации несет в себе возможность развития травм органов брюшной полости. Внутрибрюшные травмы считаются редкими и, по данным патолого-анатомических исследований, до- стигают 2,5%. Врачи реаниматологи при необходимости должны принимать соответствующие меры для их ранней диагностики и выбора оптимальной тактики лечения. Цель исследования. Обзор литературных данных определения механизмов развития, способов диагностики и лечения повреждений органов брюшной полости после сердечно-легочной реанимации. Материалы и методы:Для поиска научных публикаций применяли базу данных PubMed, поисковую систему Google Scholar, а также при- статейные списки литературы за период с 1960 по 2021 г. по следующим терминам: «разрыв печени», «разрыв селезенки», «разрыв желудка», «сердечно-легочная реанимация». Полученные результаты и обсуждения. Проведение сердечно-легочной реанимации может сопровождаться раз- личными осложнениями. Существует много сообщений о часто встречающихся травматических повреждениях после проведенных реанимационных мероприятий. В то же время в литературе мало данных о травмах органов брюшной полости в результате сердечно-легочной реанимации из-за редкой частоты выявления этих поврежде- ний, которые при поздней диагностике могут привести к фатальным последствиям. Заключение. После проведения реанимационных мероприятий следует помнить о возможности повреждения ор- ганов брюшной полости. Ранняя диагностика и своевременное лечение данных осложнений способствуют по- вышению выживаемости.
