Современные подходы к непрерывному образованию по экстренной медицинской помощи

Аннотация

Доступ к высококачественному непрерывному профессиональному образованию (НПО) необходим спе- циалистам в области здравоохранения для сохранения и расширения своей компетентности в постоянно разви- вающемся мировом информационном поле. В настоящее время непрерывное медицинское образование (НМО) переходит от традиционной пассивной модели к модели активного и самостоятельного обучения, основанной на компетенциях специалистов. В связи с этим возникает потребность в определении и разработке новых мо- делей и методов обучающих курсов НПО специалистов экстренной медицинской помощи (ЭМП). В настоящей работе отражен опыт организации и проведения НПО специалистов ЭМП Кыргызской республики, основанный на международных стандартах, рекомендациях и мировой практике с учетом потребности практического здра- воохранения. Основными условиями и подходами для реализации вновь разработанных учебных программ яв- лялись: использование дидактических лекций в интерактивном режиме с демонстрацией определенных навыков, семинарских занятий, дополнительной информации на доске, видеоматериалов по темам и подведение итогов обучения по каждой теме; моделирование практической части занятий с использованием манекенов разного уровня, медицинского оборудования, изделий медицинского назначения, лекарственных препаратов; разработка раздаточных материалов, клинических ситуаций по каждой теме; использование методов синхронного и асин- ронного обучения; отработка процедурных навыков с использованием метода повторяющейся практики; прове- дение в конце каждого курса для обратной связи с участниками оценки курса с использованием опросника по 5-балльной системе, основанной на шкале Лайкерта; выделение дополнительного времени для реабилитацион- ного экзамена ( пересдача). В результате обучения большинство медицинских работников достигло хороших результатов по приобретению практических навыков и умений, которые были оценены во время работы с паци- ентами. Эффективное обучение имеет решающее значение для подготовки высококвалифицированных постав- щиков медицинских услуг в области ЭМП.
