Корутунду

Сапаттуу үзгүлтүксүз кесиптик билимге (ҮКБ) жеткиликтүүлүк саламаттыкты сактоо адистери үчүн дайыма өнүгүп келе жаткан маалымат дүйнөсүндө компетенттүүлүгүн сактоо жана кеңейтүү үчүн абдан маанилүү. Учурда үзгүлтүксүз медициналык билим берүү (ҮМБ) салттуу пассивдүү моделден адистердин компетенцияла- рына негизделген активдүү өз алдынча үйрөнүү моделине өтүүдө. Ушуга байланыштуу, ыкчам медициналык жар- дамдын (ЫМЖ) адистерин окутууда ҮКБдин жаңы моделдерин жана ыкмаларын аныктоо жана иштеп чыгуу зарыл болду. Бул эмгекте эл аралык стандарттарга, сунуштарга жана дүйнөлүк практикага негизделген практи- калык саламаттыкты сактоонун муктаждыктарын эске алуу менен Кыргыз Республикасынын ЫМЖдын адистери үчүн ҮМБнү уюштуруу жана өткөрүү тажрыйбасы чагылдырылган. Жаңы иштелип чыккан окуу программаларын ишке ашыруунун негизги шарттары жана ыкмалары: интерактивдүү режимде дидактикалык лекцияларды кол- донуу, белгилүү бир көндүмдөрдү көрсөтүү, семинарлар, доскада кошумча маалымат, темалар боюнча видеолор жана ар бир тема боюнча окуу жыйынтыктарын чыгаруу; ар кандай деңгээлдеги муляждарды, медициналык жаб- дууларды, медициналык буюмдарды, дары -дармектерди колдонуу менен сабактардын практикалык бөлүгүн моделдөө; ар бир тема боюнча таратма материалдарды, клиникалык кырдаалдарды иштеп чыгуу; синхрондуу жана асинрондук окуу ыкмаларын колдонуу; кайталануучу практика ыкмасын колдонуу менен процедуралык көндүмдөрдү иштетүү; ар бир курстун аягында, катышуучулар менен кайтарым байланышта болуу жана пикир- лерин билүү үчүн, Лайкерттин шкаласына негизделген 5 баллдык система боюнча анкетаны колдонуу менен кур- сту баалоо; реабилитациялык экзаменге (кайра тапшырууга) кошумча убакыт бөлүү. Окутуунун жыйынтыгында медициналык кызматкерлердин көпчүлүгү практикалык көндүмдөрдү алууда жакшы натыйжаларга жетишти, алар пациенттер менен иштөө учурунда бааланды. Натыйжалуу окутуу ЫМЖдын жогорку деңгээлдеги медици- налык кызмат көрсөтүүчүлөрүн даярдоодо чечкиндүү мааниге ээ.
