Патофизиологические и клинические аспекты поражения нервной системы при COVID-19

Аннотация

COVID-19 характеризуется тем, что вызывает как поражение дыхательных путей, так и поражение других ор- ганов и систем. Одним из частых его клинических проявлений является неврологическая симптоматика. В обзоре представлены наиболее известные на сегодняшний день неврологические проявления COVID-19. Среди наи- более частых неврологических проявлений выделяют миалгии, головные боли, энцефалопатия, головокруже- ние, дисгевзия и аносмия. Другие состояния такие как менингиты, энцефалиты, энцефаломиелиты, геморрагические некротизирующие энцефапатии и синдром Гийена-Барре можно отнести к COVID-19, ассо- циированным осложнениям. Приводятся патофизиологические аспекты, лежащие в основе COVID-19 опосре- дованой нейроинвазии, в основе которой лежит высокая афинность связывания SARS-CoV2 с рецептором АПФ2
