Влияние COVID-19 на реализацию мероприятий противотуберкулезной службой Кыргызской Республики

Аннотация

В статье изложены данные по влиянию пандемии COVID-19 на реализацию противотуберкулезных ме- роприятий, в частности на выявление случаев туберкулеза по Кыргызской Республике. Для решения поставлен- ной цели были взяты отчетные данные отдела информатики и эпидемиологии Национального центра фтизиатрии за 2019-2021 годы. В анализ были включены данные по количеству зарегистрированных случаев туберкулеза (ТБ), показатели заболеваемости и смертности от ТБ в 2019-2021 гг. По данным НЦФ эпидемиологические по- казатели как заболеваемость и смертность от ТБ в 2020 году по сравнению с 2019 годом снизились значительно: показатель заболеваемости туберкулезом в 3,3 раза (с 78,9 до 53,5, ОШ=3,3, 95% ДИ 1,8-6,2, χ² и смертности не изменился, оставаясь на уровне 3,9). Значительное снижение уровня заболеваемости по туберкулезу (на 32,2%),связано со снижением выявления в связи с пандемией COVID-19. Противотуберкулезная служба несла сложности обеспечения кадрами во время пандемии, безусловно приведшее к ухудшению обслуживания пациентов с ТБ. Заболеваемость туберкулезом за 2021 год показывает об улучшении процессов диагностики туберкулеза и уве- личения количества зарегистрированных случаев (58,9 случаев на 100 тыс. населения). За последние 4 года самый высокий показатель заболеваемости туберкулезом в республике наблюдается в Чуйской области (124,2- 88,2), затем в регионах с большой численностью населения – г.Бишкеке (88,8-59,7), Жалал-Абадской (73,3-55,6) и Ошской области (75,0-55,9), а самый низкий показатель – в Иссык-Кульской области (48,9-37,5).
