Макалада COVID-19 пандемиясынын кургак учукка каршы иш-чараларды ишке ашырууга, атап айт- канда Кыргыз Республикасы боюнча кургак учук учурларын аныктоого тийгизген таасири боюнча маалыматтар баяндалган. Коюлган максатты чечүү үчүн Улуттук фтизиатрия борборунун информатика жана эпидемиология бөлүмүнүн 2019-2021-жылдардагы отчеттук маалыматтары алынды. Анализге кургак учуктун катталган учур- ларынын саны боюнча маалыматтар киргизилген, 2019-2021-жылдарда кургак учукка чалдыгуунун жана өлүүнүн көрсөткүчтөрү 2020-жылы кургак учукка чалдыгуу жана өлүмдүүлүк катары эпидемиологиялык көрсөткүчтөр 2019-жылга салыштырмалуу кыйла төмөндөгөн: кургак учукка чалдыгуу көрсөткүчү 3,3 эсеге (78,9 дан 53,5 ке чейин, ОШ=3,3, 95% ДИ 1,8-6,2, ре2 жана өлүм 3,9% деңгээлинде калып өзгөргөн жок). Кургак учук боюнча оорулардын деңгээлинин кыйла төмөндөшү (32,2% га), треп-19 пандемиясына байланыштуу аныктоонун төмөндөшү менен байланыштуу.Кургак учукка каршы кызмат пандемия учурунда кадрлар менен камсыз кылуу кыйынчылыктарын көтөрүп, кургак учук менен ооруган бейтаптарды тейлөөнүн начарлашына алып келди. 2021- жылы кургак учук менен ооругандыгы кургак учукту диагностикалоо процессинин жакшыргандыгын жана кат- талган учурлардын санын көбөйтүүнү көрсөтөт (58,9 учур 100 миң калкка). Акыркы 4 жылда республикада кургак учукка чалдыгуунун эң жогорку көрсөткүчү Чүй облусунда (124,2-88,2), андан кийин калкынын саны көп аймак- тарда – Бишкек шаарында (88,8-59,7), Жалал-Абад облусунда (73,3-55,6) жана Ош облусунда (75,0-55,9), ал эми эң төмөнкү көрсөткүч Ысык – Көл облусунда (48,9-37,5) байкалган.
