Киришүү. акромиоклавикулярдык муунунун (АКМ) жаракаттарын дарылоо ыкмаларын тандоо за- манбап травматологиянын актуалдуу маселеси болуп саналат. АКМ жаракаттарды дарылоонун колдонулуп жа- ткан ыкмаларынын кемчиликтери бул локализациянын бузулушун оңдоонун оптималдуу ыкмаларын табуу үчүн терең изилдөө жүргүзүү зарылдыгын көрсөтүп турат. Изилдөөнүн максаты - акромиоклавикулярдык муундарды калыбына келтирүү үчүн иштелип чыккан жаңы ай- калыштырылган ыкманы көрсөтүү. Материалдар жана ыкмалар. Травматология жана ортопедия клиникасында авторлор тарабынан иштелип чыккан акромиоклавикулярдык муунду калыбына келтирүүнүн жаңы айкалыштырылган ыкмасы сүрөттөлгөн, ал үчүн Казакстан Республикасынын 2022-жылдын 22-июлундагы №27950 автордук күбөлүк алынган. Натыйжалар. Акромиоклавикулярдык муундун жаңы акромиоклавикулярдык байламтасын түзүү жана акро- миоклавикулярдык муунду илмек түрүндөгү пластинка менен бекитүү аркылуу калыбына келтирүүнүн жаңы комбинирленген ыкмасы көмөч сөөктүн өйдө да, алдыңкы-арткы багытта да жылып кетүү мүмкүнчүлүгүн жокко чыгарат жана акромиоклавикулярдык муундун жетиштүү туруктуулугун камсыз кылат. муун, ошондой эле илгич түрүндөгү пластинканы алгачкы этаптарда (3-4 ай) алып салууга мүмкүндүк берет, муну менен акромиоклави- кулярдык зонада илмек түрүндөгү пластинканын (1 жыл же андан көп) узак мөөнөттүү болушу менен байланыш- кан кыйынчылыктардын алдын алат. биргелешкен, тактап айтканда, subacromial остеолиз acromial жараянын scapula, subacromial impingement, сынык акромиалдык процесс жана илгич пластинка. Жыйынтыгы. Акромиоклавикулярдык муунду калыбына келтирүүнүн жаңы айкалыштырылган ыкмасы (2022- жылдын 22-июлундагы автордук күбөлүк № 27950) акромиоклавикулярдык муундун стабилдүү фиксациясын, эрте реабилитациялык дарылоону жана алгачкы стадияларда (3-4 ай) унцинаттуу пластинканы алып салууну камсыз кылат, ошону менен скапулада унцинат пластинкасынын узак убакытка (1 жыл же андан көп) болушу менен байланышкан кыйынчылыктардын алдын алууга көмөктөшүүчү.
