Корутунду

Киришүү. Гастроинтестиналдык стромалдык шишиктер (GIST) гетерогендүү неоплазмалар болуп эсептелет жана так диагноз коюу үчүн иммуногистохимиялык ырастоону талап кылат. Негизги маркерлерге CD117, DOG1, CD34, SMA, S-100 жана Ki-67 кирет. Изилдөөнүн максаты. Улуттук онкология жана гематология борборунун бейтаптарында GISTтин иммуногистохимиялык профилин баалоо жана алынган жыйынтыктарды эл аралык маалыматтар менен салыштыруу. Материалдар жана ыкмалар. 2019–2024-жылдар аралыгында морфологиялык жактан ырасталган GIST диагнозу коюлган 75 бейтапка ретроспективдүү анализ жүргүзүлдү. CD117, DOG1, CD34, SMA, S-100 жана Ki-67 экспрессиясы изилденди. Жыйынтыктар жана талкуу. CD117 94,7% бейтаптарда, DOG1 — 90,7%, CD34 — 69,3% учурларда оң болду. SMA жана S-100 экспрессиясы тиешелүүлүгүнө жараша 35,0% жана 8,0% бейтаптарда аныкталды. Ki-67 көрсөткүчү 1%дан 30%га чейин өзгөрүп, шишиктин агрессивдүүлүгүнүн деңгээлин көрсөткөн. Алынган маалыматтар эл аралык изилдөөлөр менен дал келип, Кыргызстанда молекулярдык ыкмаларга чектелген жеткиликтүүлүк шартында иммуногистохимиянын ишенимдүүлүгүн тастыктады. Жыйынтык. Иммуногистохимиялык изилдөө GISTтин диагностикасында жана прогнозунда негизги роль ойнойт. Стандарттык маркерлерди жана Ki-67 индекси баалоону колдонуу шишиктин биологиялык өзгөчөлүктөрүн аныктоого жана бейтаптарды башкаруунун тактикасын оптималдаштырууга мүмкүндүк берет.
