Корутунду

Бул макалада биринчи жолу Кыргызстандын түпкү калкынын кан сары суусунун орточо 25 (OH) D деңгээлинин флуктуациясынын детерминанттары сүрөттөлөт. Маанилүүлүк. Витамин D азыр көбүрөөк көңүл буруп жатат. 25 (OH) D жетишсиздиги скелеттик (рахит, остеопения, остеопороз) жана скелеттик эмес патологиялык эффекттердин (дерматоздор, гипертония, семирүү, онкологиялык, эндокриндик, аутоиммундук жана инфекциялык оорулар) өнүгүшүнө өбөлгө түзөт. Сарысудагы 25-гидроксивитамин D деңгээли> 75 нмоль/л же 30 нг/мл адамдын ден соолугун сактоо үчүн зарыл. Изилдөөнүн максаты -Кыргызстандын дени сак жергиликтүү калкынын арасында 25 (OH) D витамининин жетишсиздигинин детерминанттары UVR деңгээлиндеги гендердик жана сезондук термелүүлөр экендигин аныктоо. Материалдар жана ыкмалар. Кыргызстандын түпкү жашоочуларынын кан сары суусунун 25 (OH) D деңгээлине (41° ш., 75° E; күндүн нурунун узактыгы 1700-2900 с/жыл) пилоттук көп борборлуу кесилиш изилдөөсү жүргүзүлгөн. Тандалган 218 адам, анын 99у (45,4%) эркектер жана 119у (54,6%) аялдар. Өкүлчүлүктүн орточо жашы 38 ± 1,0 (95% CI 36,0 - 40,1) жылды түздү. Натыйжалар. Жалпы үлгүдөгү орточо кан 25 (OH) D3 деңгээли 46,9 ± 1,1 нмоль / л (95% CI 44,8 - 49,1 нмоль / л) болгон, бул тартыштыкка (<50 нмоль / л) туура келет. Ошол эле учурда эркектерде 25 (OH) D3 орточо көрсөткүчү 50,0 ± 1,5 нмоль/л (95% CI 46,9 - 53,0 нмоль/л), аялдарда 44,5 ± 1,5 нмоль/л (95% CI 41,5 - 47,5) болгон. nmol / L), p <0,013. 41,7 ± 2,3 (95% CI 37,1 - 46,4) жазында 50,0 ± 2,1 (95% CI 45,9 - 54,2) күзүндө 41,7 ± 2,3 (OH) D3 25 (OH) D3 статистикалык маанилүү (р <0,026) сезондук термелүүлөр болгон. Жыйынтыгы. Статистикалык жактан маанилүү гендердик жана сезондук термелүүлөргө, ошондой эле өлкөнүн географиялык абалына (41° N, 75° E) жана күндүн нурунун узактыгына (1700-2900 с/жыл.), орточо кан сары суусу 25 (OH) D3 карабастан. адекваттуу деңгээлге жетпейт (> 75 нмоль/л).
